1. Subscription Fees
1.1. Subscription fees for the Service are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by the user.
1.2. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
2.2. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or for unused months with an open account.
3.2. In the event of a service outage or technical failure caused by BookMeFy that exceeds 48 hours, users may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
4. Refund Process

4.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Modifications to Service
